Do you take the concrete pad or footings too?
We can. Pads, deck footings and post bases all come out with the skid steer. It gets priced by weight because it is concrete, so say so when you book and it goes in the quote instead of becoming a surprise.
Will it wreck my lawn?
Some marking is normal where equipment runs. We came from a landscaping company, so we plan the approach around access and drainage rather than driving straight across the middle of your yard. Frozen ground in winter is genuinely the gentlest time.
Do I need a permit?
For a straightforward shed, deck or fence teardown on residential property, usually not. Detached garages and anything structural can be different — check with the City of Winnipeg first, because that is on the property owner, not the hauler.
