The No-BS Yardwork connection
No BS Junk Removal didn't start from nothing. It started from No-BS Yardwork.
For 5+ years, No-BS Yardwork has been on Winnipeg properties — landscaping, yard maintenance, cleanups, and everything that comes with keeping a property looking right. In that time we built something worth more than any truck: a reputation for showing up when we said we would, doing what we said we'd do, and charging what we said we'd charge.
And in that time, the same question kept coming up on job sites.
"While you're here — can you take this away too?"
The old deck. The shed that's been leaning for three years. The fridge in the garage. The mattress nobody wants to deal with. The pile of concrete from the walkway we just replaced.
The answer was usually "no, but I know a guy." We got tired of saying that. So we bought the trailer, the skid steer and the equipment to do it right — and we built a company around it.
No BS Junk Removal is No-BS Yardwork with a bigger trailer. Same owners. Same crews. Same phone answered by the same people. We just take stuff away now instead of only planting it.
the name
What "No BS" actually means
It's not just a name we picked because it sounded tough. It's a list of things we don't do:
- We don't quote low and bill high. The number we give you is the number you pay.
- We don't add surprise fees. No fuel surcharge, no stair fee, no "environmental levy" at the bottom of the invoice.
- We don't say yes to jobs we can't do. If it's out of our scope, we'll tell you and point you to someone who can.
- We don't disappear. You'll get a real person on the phone, not a call centre in another province.
- We don't dump illegally. Everything goes where it's supposed to go, and we can tell you where that was.
