What it costs
Quoted on a walkthrough, in person or over video. Full-property jobs are quoted as a job, not by the hour, so the number does not move because a day ran long.

A lot of estate calls come from family in another province. We can walk the property on video, quote from that, and send photos on completion — you do not need to fly in to get this done.
Get an appraiser in first
We are not an auction house and we will not pretend to value anything. If you think there is something worth money in the house, have an estate appraiser through before we start. Once it is in the trailer, that decision is made.
