You pay for the space you use
You pay for the space your stuff takes up in our trailer — nothing else. Our trailer is 14 feet long × 7 feet wide × 4 feet high. Every price below includes:
- All the labour — we do the lifting, carrying and loading
- Hauling to the facility
- Disposal and dump fees
- A basic sweep-up of the space when we're done
No fuel surcharge. No "stairs fee." No environmental levy tacked on at the end.
The number we say is the number you pay
You get a firm price before anything moves — not an estimate that grows once the trailer is half full. If we find something that changes the job, we stop and talk to you first.

How that compares
These are the ranges Winnipeg junk removal companies published on their own pricing pages in September 2026. Most companies in this city publish no prices at all, so this is what could actually be checked. Several of the ones that do publish add dump fees on top of the number shown — read the fine print, not just the table.

Why we're not the cheapest
We could be. We'd rather show you the arithmetic instead.
A full trailer holds about 14.5 cubic yards. Mixed household waste runs roughly 200 lbs a cubic yard, so that load weighs about 1.45 tonnes, and Brady Road charges us $99 a tonne to tip it — around $144 in dump fees before anyone has lifted anything.
The rest covers two people for two to three hours, the truck, the trailer, the fuel and the insurance. Price much below that and something has to give: usually it's the crew, the insurance, or an invoice that grows on the day.

Why heavy material is priced differently
Here's the part most companies bury in fine print, so we'll just say it:
Concrete, brick, patio stone, asphalt, gravel, dirt, plaster and shingles are priced by weight, not by volume.
The reason is simple: the landfill charges us by the tonne. A half-trailer of couches might weigh 400 lbs. A half-trailer of concrete can weigh over 6,000 lbs. Charging the same for both would mean either overcharging you for the couches or going out of business on the concrete.
So for heavy material we quote by weight, we tell you the rate upfront, and we show you the scale ticket if you want to see it. No BS.

Here's the part that can actually save you money, and the reason those three rows are different numbers. Brady Road charges us $11.30 a tonne to tip clean concrete, and $99 a tonne for mixed waste. That is a nine-fold difference for the exact same weight.
So if you keep a concrete load clean — no rebar mesh, no wood, no dirt mixed through it — it is genuinely the cheapest thing per pound we can put in the trailer. Mix it, and we pay landfill rates on all of it and so do you. If you're breaking up a driveway and you can keep the pile separate from everything else, it's worth doing.
Concrete & heavy materialWhat we don't take
We're licensed and insured, and there are things we legally can't put in our trailer:
- Wet paint, solvents, chemicals, pesticides
- Asbestos or suspected asbestos materials
- Propane tanks, fuel, oil, explosives
- Medical or biohazard waste
- Ammunition

Can I get a discount?
Yes, in six situations:
- Seniors — 10% off. Downsizing and clearing a family home is a good part of what we do, so this is the one we apply most often.
- Military and first responders — 10% off. Serving or retired. Mention it when you book.
- First-time customers — 10% off your first job.
- Repeat and contractor accounts — ask about volume rates
- Existing No-BS Yardwork customers — you already know us, so we take care of you
- Full-load scrap metal jobs — if it's all metal, we may be able to reduce the price or do it free, because we recover value on it. Ask.
One discount per job — they don't stack. We'll apply whichever one saves you the most.
