- Drywall
- Among the most common renovation materials, and heavier per load than people expect. Joint compound in older homes can contain asbestos, so if you are unsure, have it tested before demolition rather than after.Also: Gypsum board, Sheetrock, Gyprock
- Lumber

- Pallets
- Stacked flat they take a fraction of the space they do thrown in loose, and space is what you pay for.Also: Wood pallets, Skids
- Flooring

- Insulation

- Plaster

- Siding

- Construction cardboard

- Bathtub

- Interior demolition
- We do the tear-out as well as the haul-away: non-structural walls, kitchens, bathrooms and basements. - Flood cleanup

Renovation debris questions
Is this cheaper than renting a bin?
It depends on the job. A bin makes sense if you are producing debris steadily for weeks. We make more sense for a defined pile, a job with no room for a bin on the driveway, or a site where a bin would sit half-empty for a month collecting the neighbourhood's garbage.
Can you come back more than once?
Yes. On longer renovations we schedule repeat pickups around your trades so debris never builds up to the point where people are working around it.
Do you take drywall and plaster?
Yes, both, along with lathe, ceiling tile, lumber, shingles and tile. Plaster and shingles are heavy, so those get priced by weight — same as concrete.
What about asbestos?
We cannot take it. Older Winnipeg homes can have it in plaster, tile and insulation. If there is any doubt, get it tested before demolition starts. We will point you to an abatement contractor rather than guess.
